Follow host Katie Burrell as the world’s best athletes show you what they do on their days off—no agenda\, no competition\, just pure\, unscripted joy. \n\n\n\nEmbark on a global journey from heli-drops in Alaska and high-alpine mountaineering in Chamonix to the legendary powder of Hokkaido\, Japan. Take a ride down Banff’s infamous skijoring course\, hit the slopes of Deer Valley\, and charge Canada’s finest in Revelstoke\, Whistler\, and Pemberton. Days Off captures the raw\, unfiltered heart of mountain culture—a pure celebration of skiing for skiing’s sake and the joy of making time for what matters most. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWinter’s greatest tradition is back.Learn more at warrenmiller.com. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBlanket Glacier Chalet\, BC \n\n\n\n\nAthlete(s): Marty Schaffer & Kate VanHee\, David Thompson\n\n\n\n\nKatie returns to the Revelstoke backcountry to spend an extended weekend with her longtime friend and owner-operator of the Blanket Glacier Chalet\, Marty Schaffer\, along with his seven-months pregnant wife Kate Vanhee. Along with a group of friends and their children\, Katie learns what days off become when you have kids (and one on the way) and more importantly when you run a business that doesn’t have days off. \n\n\n\n\n\nBanff\, Alberta  \n\n\n\n\nAthlete(s): Sam Mitchell (Skijor Canada Founder)\n\n\n\n\nWhat do you do when your life is split down the middle between managing horses and all your friends are skiers? You invented Skijor of course! At least that’s what Sam Mitchell did. Katie joins “Samazon” on her ‘day off’ that would be a normal person’s full time job. We see the course construction\, main event\, and what the subsequent impromptu 11k person street party looks like. Katie ends her day back at the horse ranch finding out about the power of a sunset ride and how sometimes days off are just the solitary moments of one. \n\n\n\n\n\nChamonix\, France  \n\n\n\n* Athlete(s): Christina Lustenberger + Guillaume “Gee” Pierrel \n\n\n\nInspired to get out of her comfort zone\, Katie heads to Chamonix to link up with her close friend Christina “Lusti” Lustenberger and Lusti’s boyfriend Guillaume “Gee” Pierrel – two of the strongest mountaineers and skiers in the world. In the past few years of dating\, Lusti and Gee have picked off first descents around the world from Mt. Cook to Aconcagua and Robson. So\, safe to say\, that this couple’s idea of a day off is not going to be quite what Katie’s might look like. Lusti and Gee get Katie into some exposure\, and after witnessing her reaction (tears)\, they change the plan and opt for an alpine picnic instead. Katie stays back in the village while Lusti and Gee attempt to ski the Brenva Spur\, a line over near Courmayeur. But Gee’s plan doesn’t come together quite as easily as hoped\, allowing for Katie to witness and assist in a famous Plan Gee… \n\n\n\n\n\nHokkaido + Nekoma Mtn\, Japan \n\n\n\n\nAthlete(s): Jess Kimura\, Marie-France Roy + Japanese competitors\n\n\n\n\nKatie follows Jess Kimura to the Hokkaido backcountry to see what a day off looks like in her favorite place on earth with close friend Marie-France Roy the two world class snowboarders show Katie what they do when the cameras are off and they have the day just to themselves. She then pivots to the Japan Uninvited tournament\, an all girls jib-fest showcasing the plethora of talent coming from Japan’s women’s snowboarding culture. \n\n\n\n\n\nDeer Valley Resort\, Utah \n\n\n\n\nAthlete(s): Kaylin Richardson\, Ted Ligety\, Chuck Mumford\, Pep Fujas + kids\n\n\n\n\nIn an attempt to take a day off “Deer Valley style” Katie hits up local legends in the Park City area: Pep Fujas\, Kaylin Richardson\, Ted Ligety\, Claudia and Chuck Mumford. But in a misunderstanding for the ages\, these five think Katie has offered them the day off and bring their nine combined children to the ski resort for some free babysitting. Because for parents\, a day off\, is kid free. And for Katie\, her day off becomes not what she thought she wanted\, but really\, what she needed. \n\n\n\n\n\nPoints North (Cordova)\, Alaska \n\n\n\n\nAthlete(s): Sam Kuch\, Craig Murray\n\n\n\n\nCraig Murray and Sam Kuch head to Points North Heli Skiing in Cordova\, Alaska\, to go on “guest mode” – instead of being faced with the pressure of putting down the craziest segment of their professional skiing careers\, these two superstars get the chance to sauna\, eat oysters\, explore the ice caves\, and ski pow. But\, with talent like that\, Craig and Sam’s chill skiing ends up being pretty epic anyway. \n\n\n\n\n\nPemberton\, Canada \n\n\n\n\nAthlete(s): Court “Blackbird” Larabee\, Mason Mashon\n\n\n\n\nCourt “Blackbird” Larabee spends all of his time helping indigenous youth from his community get on the hill\, so in an attempt to spread the day-off love\, Katie asks him his dream day off\, and with the help of Mason Mashon\, she delivers. We learn about Court’s infectious laugh\, the simple love of riding for yourself when riding is your job\, and that no one calls it “Snowmobile Assisted Snowboarding.” \n\n\n\n\n\nWhistler\, BC \n\n\n\n\nAthlete(s): Craig McMorris\, Sebastian Judge\, Mark Sollors\, Truth Smith\n\n\n\n\nWe meet Craig McMorris earlier in the film on set presenting for the Winter Olympics\, but it isn’t until that spring that Katie is able to track the multi-hyphenate McMorris back to his home turf for a day off. The problem is Craig has a very different idea of what that is. Beginning with a contentious hockey game\, Katie then rides the park with Craig and his friends\, ending the day on a backcountry booter\, and the revelation that days off are subjective\, but the most important part of them is who you spend them with.

SUMMARY:Andrea Gibson's Love Letter from the Afterlife
DESCRIPTION:FPC Live Presents\n\n\n\nFrom the team that brought you Come See Me in the Good Light\n\n\n\nAndrea Gibson’s Love Letter from the Afterlife\n\n\n\nwith Megan Falley and special guests Chris Pureka\, Autumn Nicholas\, \n\n\n\n and the Goosebump Orchestra \n\n\n\n\n\n\nBuy Tickets\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nInformation\n\n\n\nDoors: 6:30 PM | Event: 7:30 PM \n\n\n\n(This is a Reserved Seat Show.) \n\n\n\nTickets are only available from Ticketmaster. \n\n\n\nPlease note: The Barrymore does not have access to individual ticket order information. All phone inquiries regarding ticketing will be directed to Ticketmaster’s online ordering. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Details\n\n\n\n\nFrom the team that brought you Come See Me in the Good Light\, join us for Andrea Gibson’s Love Letter from the Afterlife— a multimedia event bringing together film\, live poetry\, music\, orchestral accompaniment\, and intimate storytelling in a celebration of one of the most beloved voices of a generation. \n\n\n\nAt the heart of each evening is Love Letter from the Afterlife\, a stunning film capturing Andrea Gibson’s final live performance: a brilliant\, brave\, tender\, and raucous poetry set recorded at Denver’s Paramount Theatre in 2024. The film was produced by the team behind the Oscar-nominated documentary\, Come See Me in the Good Light. \n\n\n\nThroughout the event\, The Goosebumps Orchestra will perform Blake Neely’s original score live alongside Gibson’s filmed performance\, creating a deeply immersive experience that expands the poetry beyond the screen. Guest artists will join throughout the night\, coupled with film and performances that  will transform each stop into a living\, breathing composition and a singular celebration of Gibson’s work. Threading the night together is Megan Falley—Andrea’s wife\, fellow poet\, who will share intimate stories of love\, collaboration\, humor\, and artistic kinship. Through Falley’s narration\, audiences will discover the relationships and moments of serendipity connecting each guest artist to Andrea’s life and enduring legacy. \n\n\n\nPart concert\, part cinema\, part communal celebration\, the Love Letter from the Afterlife tour invites audiences to experience Andrea Gibson’s work the way it has always been meant to be experienced: together. \n\n\n\nWhen I chose to name the show Love Letter from the Afterlife\, I didn’t realize how fully I was describing what was about to happen. At Red Rocks\, ten thousand of us arrived believing we had come to remember Andrea. We left feeling we had heard from them directly. Nothing can replace being in a room with Andrea. But for anyone who never had that good fortune\, I hope this tour offers something I didn’t know was possible: the feeling that Andrea is still speaking\, and speaking directly to you\,” said Falley.

All phone inquiries regarding ticketing will be directed to Ticketmaster’s online ordering or The Sylvee’s box office. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Better Than Ezra \n\n\n\n\nThe best songs\, records\, and bands transport you back to the first moment you heard them each and every time they play. \n\n\n\nWhether you caught a house party gig after Better Than Ezra formed in 1988 at Louisiana State University\, heard “Good” on the radio once it hit #1 during 1995\, became a fan following Taylor Swift’s famous cover of “Breathless” in 2010\, or saw them headlining sheds in 2018\, you most likely never forgot that initial introduction to the New Orleans quartet founded by Kevin Griffin [lead vocals\, guitar\, piano] and Tom Drummond [bass\, backing vocals]. \n\n\n\nThose hummable melodies\, unshakable guitar riffs\, and confessional lyrics quietly cemented the group as an enduring force in rock music. How many acts can boast being the inspiration of a classic Saturday Night Live skit? \n\n\n\nVery few. \n\n\n\nSpeaking of incredible accomplishments\, they occupy rarified air with spots on Billboard’s “100 Greatest Alternative Songs of All Time” and “100 Greatest Alternative Artists of All Time.” \n\n\n\nThe story of Better Than Ezra began before the nineties explosion\, they remain so often associated with\, ever even happened. Griffin and Drummond comprised the core of the band at its onset as they hit the road and won over one fan at a time beginning in 1989. This fan base would go on to be known as “Ezralites” by the time the first pressing of Deluxelanded independently in 1993. As the audience dramatically grew\, Elektra signed the boys in 1995 and officially released Deluxe. A fixture on radio and MTV\, “Good” captured #1 on the Hot Modern Rock Tracks Chart and went multi-platinum. 1996’s Friction\, Baby yielded definitive anthems such as “Desperately Wanting” and “King Of New Orleans.” A string of fan favorite albums followed\, including How Does Your Garden Grow? [1998] and Closer [2001]. \n\n\n\n2005’s Before The Robots represented another creative high. Its lead single “A Lifetime” peaked in the Top 15 of the Billboard Adult Top 40 chart as “Juicy” went on to famously soundtrack a Desperate Housewives campaign. Paper Empire followed in 2009 and then the band released their album\, All Together Now\, in 2014. Produced by Tony Hoffer [M83\, Beck\,] it spawned the hit “Crazy Lucky\,” which notched 10 million-plus streams. Most recently in 2024\, the band released their long anticipated tenth studio album\, Super Magick. \n\n\n\nAt the same time\, their touring presence burgeoned year after year as Better Than Ezra continue to sell out amphitheaters and arenas worldwide. A force of nature on stage\, the group consistently deliver on tour as countless fans sing along to every word nightly. Their gigs further uphold a growing legend. \n\n\n\nOutside of Better Than Ezra\, Griffin established himself as a sought-after hitmaking songwriter\, having songs recorded by the likes of Taylor Swift and Train. He also penned #1 hits for Howie Day and Sugarland in addition to writing with The Struts and Moon Taxi. In 2015\, Griffin co-founded the Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival\, which counts Justin Timberlake among others as partners. \n\n\n\nAlong the way\, they launched the Better Than Ezra Foundation (www.BTEFoundation.org) in order to support their hometown. Chaired by Drummond\, its charity endeavors span coastal restoration projects\, after school programs for underprivileged kids\, and more. Since 2008\, it has raised over $1.7 million for causes throughout greater New Orleans. \n\n\n\nCelebrating 25 years of Deluxe in 2018\, the guys reissued the record on double vinyl. Detailing the release\, Forbes summed up the group’s influence beyond the nineties scene it helped define. \n\n\n\nThe outlet wrote\, “So many of that decade’s most influential\, like supernovas\, burned up fast… New Orleans alternative rock trio Better Than Ezra defied those odds.” \n\n\n\nIn the end\, you’ll never forget the songs on Deluxe or any other release from their discography—and that’s better than anything.

Through the generous support of the public\, private sectors\, businesses\, and individuals\, KWW/CF offers preventative services and financial assistance to prevent energy-related emergencies. The fund serves as a crucial safety net\, ensuring that those most in need can remain safely in their homes. Flannel Fest has raised over $225\,000 for the Keep WI Warm/Cool Fund thanks to generous sponsors\, matching grants\, and all the amazing event attendees! Thank YOU for helping us keep our Wisconsin neighbors in need safely in their homes! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLINEUP:\n\n\n\nDawesFor the first time in almost a decade\, brothers Taylor and Griffin Goldsmith grace the cover of a Dawes record. It’s just the two of them this time\, and as such\, Oh Brother marks a distinctive new chapter for the California rock band — one that is both introspective and accessible\, all while maintaining their beloved sense of sincerity. Oh Brother steers Dawes decidedly forward\, honoring 15 years of Taylor and Griffin’s musical relationship\, as well as the next era of their band. Each of the nine songs began with just Taylor on guitar and vocals and Griffin on drums. They initially tracked each one live together\, before adding in additional instrumentation and collaborating with touring guitarist Trevor Menear in the studio. Additionally\, Oh Brother is the first record the brothers have co-produced\, working alongside longtime friend Mike Viola. At this point in the Goldsmith’s career\, Dawes has cemented itself as one of the most earnest\, no-bullshit musical acts out there. They’re a band that can move seamlessly between folk rock\, piano ballads\, and sprawling jams while maintaining both an immediately recognizable sound and a freedom from expectations. Even as the Goldsmith brothers navigates new chapters in their personal and professional lives\, Oh Brother shows how they remain creative\, ambitious\, and inspired — what it means to be lifers in a band together. \n\n\n\nThe Mascot TheoryThe Mascot Theory is a Wisconsin-based Americana-Rock band known for emotionally honest songwriting\, soaring harmonies\, and a sound that moves fluidly between introspective folk-rock and full-throttle\, heartland anthems. Centered around the reflective songwriting of vocalist/guitarist Erik Kjelland and brought vividly to life by the dynamic interplay of Cory Swadley (lead guitar)\, Nick Fry (bass)\, and Paul Metz (drums)\, the band creates music that feels both deeply personal and universally resonant. Their chemistry fuels a live energy that’s intimate\, explosive\, and always evolving. Whether on stage or in the studio\, The Mascot Theory crafts songs anchored in melody\, driven by heart\, and wide open to the unknown. Their newest album\, Cosmic Hit And Run\, was written in the shadow of loss and mortality. In the midst of grieving his father’s passing\, Kjelland was diagnosed with a rare and potentially fatal brain condition that required invasive surgery. Unsure what would remain on the other side—memory\, speech\, music itself—he wrote through the fear\, the waiting\, and the aftermath. The result is a deeply cinematic collection of songs shaped by survival\, perspective\, and the fragile beauty of still being here. \n\n\n\nBeth Kille BandAt first glance\, you may not know what to make of them. The farm boy\, the intellectual\, the ex-Marine\, all backing up a wild-haired\, acrobat. But then\, the show begins\, and you know you’re about to be wrapped in the arms of a cohesive unit\, bonded in the kinship of music. The four members of the Beth Kille Band – Michael Mood (bass\, backing vocals)\, Tony Kille (drums)\, Michael Tully (guitar\, backing vocals) and Kille herself (guitar\, mandolin\, vocals) – have amassed some impressive accolades. In addition to the numerous songwriting recognitions\, Kille grabbed one of her 30 Madison Area Music Association (MAMA) Awards when she was named “Artist of the Year” in 2010 and Tully snagged the highly-competitive “Guitarist of the Year” Award in 2014. Their style can best be described as Americana-Rock but these dynamic performers can play everything from folk to funk to in-your-face rock. \n\n\n\nTAE & The Neighborly (DUO)Tae & The Neighborly\, a Wisconsin based Soul-pop R&B group\, found themselves playing music together in a very unconventional way. They were all neighbors\, each one living alone on one floor of a five-story flat. Cake baking is a shared passion of the five member group\, but in the sugar shortages early in the 2020 pandemic\, they found themselves so continually knocking on each other’s doors asking for a single cup of sugar that a group decision was made to all move in together and share cake-baking resources. And since everyone knows all good rhythms begin in the kitchen\, it wasn’t before long that the group began to write and perform together  across the nation. Critics hail the group as “having more kick than a bagged-up mule” (Rotary Times)  and their live show “…going down smoother than a can of [beans] warmed on the campfire” (Cowboy Gazette). All in all\, if you are looking for a dense show that will give you more inspiration fuel for self lovin’\, world changin’\, and consideration havin’ meet them where the music is made to be shared.

Their youth brings the look and energy of Van Halen in their prime\, while their sound delivers the shredding Eddie Van Halen guitar solos\, rock-solid rhythm section\, and unmistakable two-tone screams that defined Dave’s voice. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nJUMP isn’t about chasing note-for-note perfection. The show captures the swagger\, spontaneity\, humor\, and fun-loving chaos that made early Van Halen legendary. With an overwhelming energy that embodies the David Lee Roth era\, an evening with JUMP is a full-throttle celebration of YOUTH\, NOSTALGIA\, AND ROCK ’N’ ROLL.

As a teenager\, he earned a reputation as a highly sought after sideman and session player\, and by his early twenties\, Emmanuel was playing on chart-topping hits and performing with acts like Air Supply and Men at Work. Inspired in part by his hero\, Chet Atkins (who would later become a friend\, mentor\, and collaborator)\, Emmanuel stepped out on his own as a solo artist in 1979\, releasing the first in a string of acclaimed instrumental albums that would make him an unlikely celebrity in his home country and beyond. In the decades that followed\, he would go on to headline everywhere from the Sydney Opera House to Carnegie Hall; tour with luminaries like Eric Clapton and John Denver; win a Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Arrangement; perform for a televised audience of more than two billion at the Sydney Olympics; and collaborate with a who’s who of fellow guitar greats\, including Les Paul\, Mark Knopfler\, Joe Walsh\, Richard Thompson\, Jason Isbell\, and Billy Strings.  \n\n\n\nRecorded in just four days\, Emmanuel’s latest album\, Living In The Light\, stands as the most daring—and most rewarding—collection in the globetrotting fingerpicker’s remarkable catalog\, fusing his pop\, jazz\, classical\, and roots influences into a virtuosic masterwork as exhilarating as it is intimate.
