Howdy folks. There were a rash of postponements/cancellations/reschedules happening as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. We want you to know your options. We also would ask that you bear with us as our office hours are limited as we ease back into shows. Here’s the information you need:
If a show you purchased tickets for was canceled, refunds are issued immediately. Do not throw away your tickets, especially if you bought them in person from a ticket outlet. We will need to see those as proof of purchase. If you ordered online your order will be refunded automatically.
If a show you purchased tickets for is postponed, we can not issue refunds until the show is rescheduled. We are working tirelessly with bands and promoters to make sure shows are rescheduled as soon as possible. Bands are having to postpone and re-book entire tours, which takes a whole lot of planning and finesse. We appreciate your patience as we iron out those details. If a show cannot be rescheduled in a timely manner, the show may be canceled, and we will make sure that information gets out to ticket holders as soon as possible.
If a show you purchased tickets for is rescheduled, keep your tickets!!! Your tickets are still good for the new date, and we can’t wait to see you at the show! However, if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds are available. If you ordered online and we have the tickets (which means you elected to pick them up at will call on the day of the show), simply email us at email@example.com or call us at 608-241-8864, state that you are requesting a refund, and indicate the show you bought tickets for and your order number. If you had the tickets mailed to you or purchased them in person at one of our ticket outlets, we need to get the tickets back from you in order to process a refund. You would need to email or call us at the email or phone number listed above, and arrange for them to be returned. It is possible you would be able to return them in person at the Barrymore, but we currently have extremely limited and sporadic office hours due to the stay at home order. We would prefer you mail them back to us. Our address is 2090 Atwood Avenue, Madison, WI 53704. At that point we can refund your online purchase or mail you a check if you bought them at an outlet.
If a show you purchased tickets for is a FPC Live produced show and the tickets were through Ticketmaster, you will need to get your refund from Ticketmaster. They should be in contact with you about their shows.
